A dry surface cold front will move into the state on Thursday. Expect windy conditions statewide as the front moves throught.Breezy conditions will persist into the weekend and temperatures will remain above normal. Temperatures will reach the upper 90's in the lower deserts this weekend and upper 60's-70's at higher elevations.
